ARRIVE EARLY!
This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches, and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches, and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.
We recommend you print your tickets.
Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.
WANDA SYKES owns all rights in the content and materials delivered during her performance (the “Materials”). Any use of the Materials without the express prior written consent of WANDA SYKES is strictly prohibited and is punishable to the full extent of the law.

All sales are final. Refunds for the face value of the ticket are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as when an event is canceled or when an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, and the organizer has approved refunds for that event.
All purchases are subject to a 15% order processing service fee. This fee is calculated within your purchase. The fee covers costs incurred as a result of the sale, and is 100% non-refundable in all circumstances, including event cancellation.

Fox Tucson Theatre tickets are non-transferable, and we reserve the right to revoke tickets sold
to a broker or unauthorized third party. A customer who has purchased a revoked ticket will not be admitted into the theatre.
