All sales are final. Refunds for the face value of the ticket are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as when an event is canceled or when an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, and the organizer has approved refunds for that event.

All-in pricing includes the face value of the ticket and an order processing fee. Artists and the event promoters set the face value ticket price. The order processing fee covers costs associated with the sale of the ticket including ticketing software, credit card processing, fraud prevention, and ticketing personnel. This fee is 100% nonrefundable in all circumstances including event cancellation or rescheduling.

Fox Tucson Theatre tickets are non-transferable, and we reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to a broker or unauthorized third party. A customer who has purchased a revoked ticket will not be admitted into the theatre.

Fox Fan seats must be purchased in-person or over the phone through the box office and are limited to two tickets per customer. Regular box office hours are Tues-Fri, 10am - 4pm. Fox Fan seats must be claimed in-person (please present your ID) on day-of-show at the box office and are non-transferable. The box office opens two hours before showtime for all ticketed events

Each adult and child in a group must have a Photo Experience ticket to attend and participate in the Photo Experience. The Photo Experience will start shortly after the end of show. - Please make sure to bring your camera, as you will want to capture every moment! Parents, please note that while most children are excited to meet their favorite characters up-close, others can feel frightened. If your child is scared or hesitant to meet the characters, we recommend moving to the back of the line; This will allow your child the extra time they may need to warm up to the characters and see how they interact with other children present. **Admission to the performance is not included in the Photo Experience ticket.
