Thank you for purchasing a VIP package powered by Seated. Here's what you need to know:

You'll receive an email from [email protected] 48 hours before the event with instructions for redeeming your VIP package.

VIP activities may occur up to 3-4 hours before the show, please plan accordingly.

The original purchaser must show their ID at VIP check-in to redeem the package elements.

All attendees need both a show ticket and a VIP package to attend VIP programming. No parental escorts without their own package allowed.

VIP merchandise must be picked up during check-in at the show unless otherwise communicated.

Seated reserves the right to cancel packages for any reason. VIP elements are non-transferable and not valid if resold.

NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Refunds for the face value of the ticket are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as when an event is canceled or when an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, and the organizer has approved refunds for that event.

All purchases are subject to a 15% order processing service fee. This fee is calculated within your purchase. The fee covers costs incurred as a result of the sale, and is 100% non-refundable in all circumstances, including event cancellation.

Fox Tucson Theatre tickets are non-transferable, and we reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to a broker or unauthorized third party. A customer who has purchased a revoked ticket will not be admitted into the theatre.
