All sales are final. Refunds for the face value of the ticket are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as when an event is canceled or when an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, and the organizer has approved refunds for that event.
Mezzanine Loveseats (Rows WW-ZZ) accommodate two people--two tickets must be purchased together for these seats. For example, seats WW101 & WW102 MUST be purchased together.
