All sales are final. Refunds for the face value of the ticket are only allowed in limited circumstances, such as when an event is canceled or when an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, and the organizer has approved refunds for that event.
All purchases are subject to a 16% order processing service fee, calculated at check-out. The fee covers costs incurred as a result of the sale and is 100% non-refundable in all circumstances, including event cancellation or postponement.
Fox Tucson Theatre tickets are non-transferable, and we reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to a broker or unauthorized third party. A customer who has purchased a revoked ticket will not be admitted into the theatre.
Fox Fan seats must be purchased in-person at the box office and are limited to two tickets per customer. Regular box office hours are Tues-Fri, 10am - 4pm. Fox Fan seats must be claimed in-person (please present your ID) on day-of-show at the box office and are non-transferable. The box office opens two hours before showtime for all ticketed events
